Welcome to the City of Angels NJ, Inc. website. City of Angels was founded January of 2009 after many people who were affected by the devastating loss of loved ones to substance abuse could no longer stand idly by and watch another family suffer. Realizing that there is a need for services for those who are addicted and for their families, in conjunction with, recognizing there is a need for support, someone to bridge the gap from crisis to treatment and services. City of Angels was born to serve those in need of help navigating the treatment process.

The Board of Directors, dedicated volunteers and supporters of COA are committed to helping those who suffer from the devastating disease of alcohol and/or drug addiction. Too often we see the devastating and deadly effects of those afflicted and the suffering of the families and loved ones. COA is here for those addicted and for the families who seek our services.

Conquering our Addictions is by far the most difficult thing to do. Understanding is the first step to acceptance, and only with acceptance can there be Recovery! If you have chosen to live clean and have Good Orderly Direction, you can conquer your addiction. With God and your 12 step program and with Angels here on earth to act as guides, while on your journey, you are no longer alone.
